Shipping
Your order will ship within 2 business days of you placing the order. We use Australia Post, and all packages are sent with tracking, at no extra cost to you.
Can I return my order?
If your tea pouch is unopened and undamaged, then you can return it to us for a refund (minus shipping cost). Return postage is at your cost.
If you have a problem with your order when you receive it, shoot us an email (hello@feisttea.co) and we'd love to help you get it sorted.
We can not accept returns of any products that have been opened.
Shelf Life & Storing my Tea
Our teas that do NOT contain dried fruit are shelf stable for 3 years from the date of packaging. This doesn't mean that you can't still drink it after that date, it just means that we don't guarantee it's freshness after the Best Before date.
Any of our teas that contain dried fruit or berries are best used within 12 months of opening.
We always recommend storing your tea either in the original pouch (sealed at the top), or in an airtight glass jar, away from direct sunlight.
Age Limits
18+ for CLEANSE. The herbs contained in this tea that cause the mild laxative effect can be harmful to developing bodies.
All other Feist Tea Co. blends are safe to drink for all ages (with health care professional clearance), keeping in mind that our Black and Green teas contain caffeine.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding always consult with your health care provider before taking any herbal remedy to check whether it’s safe for you and your baby.

We are not medical professionals and can not provide any type of medical advice. We recommend that you speak to your health care professional if you are in any doubt. To make things easier for you, we have clearly listed all ingredients on each of our product pages.
Is Feist Tea Gluten Free and Vegan?
It sure is! All of our tea blends are 100% Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly.
Do your teas contain caffeine?
Our Black and Green tea's contain caffeine (which is naturally occurring in the camellia plant which is where the tea leaves are harvested from). Our herbal blends are 100% caffeine free.
Trying a Teatox for the first time, what to expect?
It may take a few days to feel the effects of your RECHARGE Teatox. This is totally normal. Don't increase the amount of tea that you are drinking, just stick with it.
After 3-4 days you might notice that your stools are softer than usual - this is great, and means that the CLEANSE is working. If your stools go beyond 'soft', switch to only drinking the CLEANSE tea every second night. Once the tea has completed it's job of cleansing your bowels, your stools will return to 'normal'.
If you fall ill while doing your RECHARGE Teatox, stop consuming the teas and seek professional medical advice.
Headaches while Teatoxing?
Maybe! For the first 2-3 days of the RECHARGE Teatox, you may experience headaches. Generally this will be because, during a Teatox, you have decided to be healthier and may have cut out things like refined sugar and coffee - in which case, it is more than likely abstaining from these things that is causing your headaches, rather than the tea itself.
mild headaches may also be caused by your body trying to flush out toxins while it is dehydrated. Make sure you are drinking plenty of fresh water throughout your Teatox.
If headaches persist for more than 2-3 days, or become more serious, consult professional medical advice.
How often can I do a Teatox?
We highly recommend a 4 week break between each round of the RECHARGE Teatox. If you plan on taking the Teatox blends for longer than the recommended 14 or 28 days, consult your health care professional first.
